Also be part of the community following<strong> It's ME! </strong>on&nbsp;<sp... ]]></description><pubDate>Thu, 10 May 2012 13:07:21 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[ Bupa London 10,000 2012 ]]></title><link><![CDATA[ http://www.itsme.org.uk/Events/bl10k-2012 ]]></link><guid isPermaLink="true"><![CDATA[ http://www.itsme.org.uk/Events/bl10k-2012 ]]></guid><description><![CDATA[ <p>The <strong>Bupa London 10,000</strong> is a great race presented by the<strong> London Marathon</strong> and beginning and ending in <strong>St. James&rsquo;s Park. </strong>It also takes place on part of  the course likely to be used for the <strong>2012 Olympic Marathons</strong>.</p>
<p>Up to 10,500 fun runners, celebrities and charity  fund raisers took part in the 2011 race, be part of that crowd next year.</p>
<p>The race starts on Birdcage Walk and follows an anti-clockwise route  around the City of Westminster and the City of London via Parliament  Square, Embankment, Blackfriars Bridge, Queen Victoria Street, Cannon  Street, Great Tower Street, Crutched Friars, Fenchurch Street,  Leadenhall Market, Cornhill, Queen Victoria Street, Puddle Dock,  Embankment, Horseguards Avenue, Whitehall and via Trafalgar Square to  the Finish in The Mall.</p>
